Cowboy Caleb Gets Paid By Nuffnang

I received a very pleasant Chinese New Year surprise in the mailbox today.

Nuffnang sent this cheque for SGD4025.40 (RM9260) to me for the ads and advertorials that have been running on my blog.

Most of the money will go to a charity of my choice. In these difficult times, the less fortunate should be remembered. Anyway, I’ll get income tax rebates from donating to charity.

To those of you out there who have unexpected windfalls and don’t really require the cash, you should also consider giving some of it back to members of society who have fallen through the cracks.

david, i believe cowboy caleb didnt claim to be altruistic. he simply wants to do something good. and with all the gloom and doom and biatch-fighting going around in the blogosphere, it sure is great to read positive stuff like that.

anyway, cowboy did do similar stuff like this quietly. dont be so quick to judge or jump to conclusions about his character.
