Miding - Vegetable of the Gods
I had this with almost every meal, everyday whilst I was visting in Kuching, Sarawak. It’s a vegetable that only grows in the rainforest jungles, so you can’t get it elsewhere. The taste is reminiscent of fried virgin songbirds lightly bathed in moonbeams. It’s wicked good with ice-cold beer.
