Malaysia Airlines Has A Useless Corp Blog - comments disabled, ghost writers with no email addresses… the list goes on. Why even bother to setup a blog? This doesn’t fly very well, just like MAS.

I think it’s unfair to deny their effort in the forefront. For me, it’s really a remarkable effort for a government-linked company. At least they take the initiative to improve their current service.. Also, the comment section has been opened up. This proved that MAS did examine everything they’ve done right…
