SG Police Refuse To Prosecute $48,000 Molest Case

To all the world out there:

I lost. I was told by the police today that even if John admits to the case, they will not prosecute him. I took a gamble and I lost.

Jean has lost the case. And now the defamation suit will carry on. Jean will now have to prove to the court that she did not defame John (not the other way round). It’s highly unlikely this is possible given the fact that she did post rather nefarious stories about him while opting to leave out the parts that cast her in a bad light (taking money, dating him previously, causing him to lose his job).

Good grief, she doesn’t know when to quit. Anyway, the Just Jean site has exceeded its bandwidth, so thanks for posting the cache page.

I think the Singapore Police was just applying common sense & realised that they didn’t have much of a case against John. I see this similar to a case say a girl was slow dancing with a guy she knew, and suddenly got offended when she realised (and felt) that he had a boner.

Btw, you’re probably correct from your previous post that Just Jean is also (one of the authors of) Simply Jean. Both study medicine, both have the same blogger friends, both were in Korea during the same time… etc. FWIW, her name is Angela Jean Kim Un Ji, which you can also find on-line.
