Tomorrow.sg has now linked to the $48,000 Molest Case. Interestingly, the comments section has revealed certain interesting unconfirmed bits of information

Here is the most shocking (unverified) revelation thus far:

A Very big hint as to this just jean’s identity….. it seems that “Just Jean” is one of the 3 contributers to “Simply Jean”…. note that both “Jeans” were in Seoul on March 13 2008.

Damn…. she looks like my ex school mate from VJC…. dunno la…. but that person i knew was an Asean Scholar.

Holy cow - is that really her? I didn’t realize that SimplyJean and JustJean were the same person.

Here is another particularly informative unverified comment

1. Jean has 2 blogs - in her other blog, she is a prominent blogger with seemingly high number of readers and advertisers - blog.simplyjean.com. Both blogs mentioned about how she lost her kittens after a trip to South Korea in Oct 2007.

2. In SimplyJean.com, she had a travelogue about her trip to SK but had no mention of John at all.

3. Today’s New Paper revealed that they got a dispute over $48k.

4. In jean.sg she appeared as a distressed lady wanting to seek justice for alleged outrage of modesty by John, but she continued to post entries in her other blog as per normal, with no sign of any distress and nothing to suggest that her life has been wrecked and she is unable to function normally because of trauma from the alleged molestation.

5. On June 12, SimplyJean posted a seemingly neutral article about how netizens are not being sympathetic enough to Jean, referring to Jean as a ‘local blogger’ who ‘drew flames from many netizens’. A similar post was made on June 18. There were no public acknowledgment at all that these 2 sites are actually affiliated.

6. Jean asked John to accompany her to Seoul and slept on the same bed with him, despite knowing by that time that he is attracted to her.

7. Notice on the New Paper the photo showing the lawyer’s letter dated 2008. Coincidentally, Jean did not report the case to the police (in SG or SK) till now, when John is asking for his money back.

can’t help but think this jean has got some multiple personalities disorder..

True for the multiple disorder part, but ONLY because the simply jean blog is now co-authored by DIFFERENT people. Now, makes perfect sense for different people to have different personalities, right? ;)
