Facepalm, I Will Show You How The

Last night, I lay paralyzed in bed as I suddenly realised that giving out the bonus may not have been a great idea because some of my staff may use it as an exit strategy to cash out.

Some of them must be thinking that I’m a useless fat f78k of a boss that depends on them for anything and everything. So this is would be the best chance to cash out and find an easier job elsewhere.

Facepalm!

Oh great! You finally wake up!! Take home pay is not the ultimate factors for an employee loyalty to you…cash incentive only give you a moment of happy but it will not satisfy you forever.

To overcome fear, you need to maintain the motivation to change and grow … good luck to you !

take this from a guy who used to be a boss, if they are truly loyal they won’t leave if you have treated them fair. people will know your heart better than yourself.

the good ones will stay, the not so good ones will leave regardless. you can’t stop people from doing what they want to do. life is like that.

I’m not into business but as an employee, I LOVE bonus $$ and I don’t know abt others but it makes me feel more loyal to the company.
