Review: Yuan Yuen Fishballs, Yong Peng

Sent from the mobile phonecam of cowboycaleb.

Whenever I head back to Singapore from the North of Malaysia, I always make it a point to stop by the sleepy little town of Yong Peng.

This Southern Msian town hides secret little shops that sell the best fishballs you’ve probably ever tasted.

My fav is Yuan Yuen restaurant, located before the Caltex petrol kiosk. The noodles are handmade from flour, the chilli source is gooey thick and the fishballs are amazing.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to finish my lunch so I can resume driving as I’ve got a dinner appointment in a little Italian restaurant somewhere in Changi tonight.
