KNNBCCB: Gort New ERP gantries in Town Area Leh!!!

On July 7, there will be five new gantries on roads along the Singapore River area. These are at Eu Tong Sen Street, New Bridge Road, South Bridge Road and both sides of Fullerton Road.

I was browsing through Kingmeng’s blog and found out there yet more ERP gantries have been setup in the CBD area.

Hope I don’t sound like an asshat, but consider this.

Avg mthly car installment - SGD900
Avg mthly fuel - SGD500
Avg mthly road tax - SDG100
Avg mthly HDB parking - SGD90
Avg mthly season parking in CBD - SGD450

You can afford to drive in Singapore but cannot afford ERP? Please lah, if you can drive in Singapore - which is the most expensive place in the world to own a car - you can jolly well afford the ERP.

Or you can get a job in some remote part of the island with no ERP.

Or you can take public transport to work.

Or you can vote for the opposition in the next election loh!!!

How much do they slug you each time? Here in OZ it’s bout AUD$2.50 each time. KNNBCCB…..
