Turtle Dinner

Went for dinner with jaywalk last night. This Shabu Shabu joint actually had a turtle set meal. You have to wait 30 mins because they have to slaughter the turtle and cut it up nicely for you to cook it.

I didn’t have it (went for fish instead) but apparently turtle tastes like chicken.

chinese people treat this not as turtle. They call it “sui yu” . I don know why. But eating this “sui yu” help you clean your blood, chinese said. Good for people who has skin allergy problem. You need it I think. Drink to much beer, toxic blood…haha

it seems like everything foreign and weird and crazy taste like chicken. haha.

This looks gross. To me, all meat looks gross but this one does look gross in particular.
