Apparently the Cat Society is unhappy because they compare feeding of stray cats to feeding of monkeys and said feeders should be fined heavily too. They said they have seen people feeding many cats and stray cats mess up the rubbish bin and leave their poo around. They are inviting listeners to send in sms or call in till 10am today.
