Repeat after me: I am free

This made me stop and think for awhile. A pause in the non-stop crazy pace of my non-stop crazy life.

I think most of the time, we’re too afraid of making decisions because we don’t know if the decision we made is the optimal one. Everybody wants to be ‘free’, but what exactly does being ‘free’ encompass? Do we trade career security for freedom? Do we get fabulous oral sex if we have freedom?

It’s no wonder that lately the Cowboy Bar has been full of questions revolving around “which is better”. In truth, there is no better decision making device than a coin flip. And there is no better medicine for regret than a cold tall mug of beer.

Well, I am free, at least for the next two weeks traveling to Singapore and then Shanghai - I look forward to my ‘homecoming’!!! Now.. which is better… Canada or Singapore… Singapore, 100% for sure!
