The New RM5.7M Johor Bahru Library Is Still Not Opened After A Year

The RM5.7 million three storey state of art library will reportedly will house books worth RM3 million. The library was scheduled to open in April 2007 and one year on, the library still remains closed to the public.

Apparently, RM3 million worth of books takes an awfully long time to catalog and place on shelves. (cue laugh track)

Interestingly, the Ruling Coalition won by landslide in Johor during the recent elections. You reap what you sow.

They not intersted about the books…they just wanted to build the white elephant where there’s profit to reap.
