Singapore Diploma Holders Get Only 2/3 Of Degree Pay - sad but true. Which is why I always tell poly diploma holders to hurry the f87k up and study part-time for their degrees while working.

This is pretty stupid. It has more to do with perceived value than actual value. What it comes down to is that interviewers don’t know how to interview.

It’s really sad to listen to people in their 40’s talking about their schools; after 20 years working, the highlight of some people’s history was that they’ve attended some school….

My best advice is for young people to work overseas, where they don’t really fit into any preconceived notions. Singapore is too stratified to achieve one’s potential.
