The useless grandson

And the mirror, there stood the useless grandson who never bothered to visit his grandfather until he collapsed yesterday from a brain tumour.

So now the grandson is with him in the hospital trying his best to carry him to pee, wiping his vomit and feel wretched from self-loathing and guilt.

Why did I wait until now to be a decent grandson?

You’ve been given another chance to make up for lost times. Stop feeling guilty and trashing yourself, at least it’s still not late to do your part as a grandson.

You don’t need to prove anything to anyone, if you truly love you grandpa and care for him, you’ll know what you should do.

Maybe you should start re-prioritize what is important to you most?
