Dear God,

Sometimes when I ask people to do stuff, they refuse because they want to know why they have to do it. When I explain why, they have other ideas how to do it.

When I explain why it has to be this/my way so that (insert big picture), they can’t be bothered because they are only concerned with staying within their comfort zone.

I can’t sell the big picture anymore. I just can’t.

I know why this is happening. It’s because I can’t even motivate myself anymore so how can I possibly go out and motivate and excite other people? When I don’t care, why should another person?

U feel demotivated is not that u don’t care. Yr demotivation was bcos u care so much until u couldn’t accept diff opinions … open your mind!

One piece of advice sir…. Get the _Q!@#U%Q%@#U{U()#{U%O{H:LKFSDJ:KLHIJVCOP(&E)(*%PO#QJ@P%O&_)&!@%)(UWPOJ”FSAL:JLFJRF out of there and find a new job. You will be very successful with what you have learned with your current company and you will feel liberated for being able to try something new!
