Nuffnang’s First Blogger Community Event In SG

When Ming and Timothy first pitched Nuffnang to me, they were very adamant about going all out to create a Blogger community.

On National day 2007, they made good on their promise and booked an entire cinema for their community of Nuffnang bloggers to watch the latest Jackie Chan flick “Rush Hour 3″ for free.

Not only did they give out free tix, but they actually made a swell event out of it. Firstly there were goodie bags containing instant noodles, coffee, a nuffnang stress ball and a Singapore flag.

And there was a good spread of food for all who came along. I hear the Nuffnang team spent something like 3 weeks preparing for this event!

The members of the Cowboy Bar all had a good time as you can see from the photo above.

I think what really surprised me was not how incredibly well co-ordinated the entire event went along but the fact that so many bloggers actually turned up.

I spotted many bloggers whom I read (and recognize from photos) but of course I didn’t go up and say hello because I’m supposed to be anonymous. So I guess the amount of relationship building that Nuffnang has been putting so much effort into has paid off tremendously.

still not happy about some of their services. thinking of taking them adverts off now.

Yerp….I am a nuffnanger…but to bad i cant got for any of their event…They shud make sumthing at sarawak….Den i’ll be there for sure…
