Hey all you bloggers already on Nuffnang (if you haven’t signed up, please do so now), here’s another way to increase the money you earn from your blog.

Text Link Ads is earning money for me. Not big money, but steadily increasing every month. I won’t reveal how much, but it’s really much better compared to Google Adsense and definitely much better than Feedburner (which I’ve opted out from because of the pathetic payouts).

What I really like about Text Link Ads are

1. The ads appear as text links (duh) which are easy on the eye.
2. The ads appear on specific pages on your blog, instead of all pages.
3. To date, I haven’t seen a single ad. Seriously. Perhaps they’re invisible. Haha.

The only drawback is that it takes awhile for the payments to start as nobody buys ads on your blog in the beginning. I think I waited 2 months before money started trickling in.

But the best part is that the ads appear on obscure parts and pages of your blog. To date, I still havent figured out where the ads are because I haven’t seen any yet. But I still get paid. Ha-ha.

So why not give it a go?

yeah TLA is a good money maker for a couple of my sites.
but waiting for advertisers is a bit*h!

I finally downloaded it for my site. Hopefully it’ll bring in some money in 2 months(?) :P

is it ok to have both google adsense and textlink ads? or do i have to remove the google adsense first before i can have the textlink ads on my site? technically, i know you can, but i mean is it legally alright?

The worst that can happen is that you get kicked out of Adsense.

I think you can try Chikita miniMalls if you still want to keep your Adsense. They are non-contextual if that’s what I remember correctly.

I was wondering where the hell are those text link ads on your blog mate… and you still get paid!
