If You’re Reading This From My RSS Feed…

If you’re reading this from my RSS feed, please take a minute to digest my little rant here.

Since RSS went mainstream and people started reading blog feeds instead of blogs, things have gotten a little crazy. I estimate that thousands of folk (according to my server logs and feedburner) are now reading Cowboy Caleb directly from the feed and never evar visit the main blog website.

I have a small request to make to all visitors who read my feed.

Could you please visit the main blog website every now and then please? You see, the ads that help defray my server costs and run liquidblade.com which is also hosting plenty of other blogs and non-profit orgs for free. Everytime you visit my main blog website, you add another notch on my bedposts. All these notches add up at the end of the month and help me get paid just a little more.

P.S: I’ve deactivated my feed advertisements.

i always visit the website it self…got more character than reading the lines after lines…boring. I need visual stimulation. Haaa

some blogs have a too tiny font-size and too bright background, i use rss feed to read, but yours? the font-size on ur blog is bigger than that on the RSS feed and ur rss feed confuses me a bit, thats why i view ur blog to read, not the RSS feed :))

Personally, I prefer to read feeds instead of blogs.

Because the design of a blog tends to make me biased against certain blogs no matter how good the writing is.

Usually only go to the site itself if I wanna leave a comment, but will try and click through every other post from now on.

I have my bookmarks organized such that sites I read via RSS are hidden, but will try and click through regularly :)

but caleb the cowboy :P so far, i try my best not to bring headache to the readers while reading my blog, hehe. Well I don’t know whether or not my current layout design brings u headache.
