Confirmed: Flickr Blocked in China

I am in Southern China right now and I would like to verify that China is indeed blocking www.flickr.com and all images from it. This is in addition to www.wordpress.com being blocked as well. Wonder what’s the rationale behind this decision.

U can’t access Flickr in Dubai too!
