Cowboy Caleb Joins Nuffnang

I have officially joined Nuffnang.com.sg as a Blog Ambassador.

The founders of NuffNang, Ming and Timothy met up personally with me in mid-March 2007. I did the usual obnoxious act (changed venue at the last minute, ordered a steak, asked probing difficult questions and let them pick up the cheque). I’m glad to report that they passed with flying colours. They came across as young, hungry, honest and most importantly - pitched an idea that appealed to an Asian blogger like myself.

Nuffnang is a Asia’s first blog advertising company. Ming(left) is Singaporean and Timothy(right) is Malaysian.
When they first launched in Malaysia, Nuffnang entered the Technorati top ten. To date some 1700 bloggers have already signed up!!! That’s quite an achievement for such a small and new company.

There will soon be blogger events being organized and sponsored by Nuffnang.som.sg. The emphasis is not on just in being a blog advertising platform, Nuffnang is also forging a community of bloggers. That’s where folk like me come in to bridge the gap between bloggers and Nuffnang to focus on areas of improvement.

As you can see, I already have a Nuffnang ad running on the left. Nuffnang has snagged Nike for its virgin campaign in Singapore.

Now that Nuffnang.com.sg has officially launched in Singapore, I strongly recommend that you sign-up. You’re eligible for an account as long as your blog has at least 20 unique visitors per day. After you’ve registered, all you need to do is paste some HTML code into your blog template and ads will magically appear.

Payment is based on the number of unique visitors you get. So each visitor translates into SGD dollars. For every month you’re signed up with Nuffnang, you stand a chance to win an iPod Nano.
