My vendor’s project leader had a little accident and cracked his ribs. Despite going for x-rays in the morning, he’s still willing to have a conference call this afternoon.

So I sent him get-well soon flowers via interflora online with the message below attached:

Dear Asshat,

Get well soon. We need you alive and whole ASAP.

Love, China team members.

Oh well, it’s the thought that counts - especially since I can’t submit an expense claim for the damned flowers.
