Surprise, surprise… she’s making roti prata (aka roti canai to msians). But they don’t serve it with curry in China… instead there’s a thin coating of durian/chocolate/taro/vanilla cream inside. Tasted just great too!

Interestingly, I got a scolding from the waitress while I was taking these photos. Apparently, this roti prata dish is proprietary to this restaurant only!

Of course lah！ You are only the customer what! that is why you deserve your scolding for leaking company secrets.
