I have been playing hide and seek with Pixart for close to 6 months now. They first asked me to do a review of their service in December 2005. Various excuses for not sending my photobook include

1. I’m getting married soon (Dec 2005)
2. I’ll do it immediately after the wedding (5 Jan 2006)
3. I’ll send it to you during my honeymoon (9 Jan 2006)
4. My wife’s laptop is broken (Feb 2006)
5. I’m travelling (March 2006)
6. Cowboy Caleb’s gmail inbox is full! (April 2006)
7. I’m travelling (May 2006)
8. My wife sent low-rez photos, it’s all her fault (May 2006)

I should be receiving it very soon, and a review will be published immediately. So far the news is good. Excellent customer service (Dominic has the patience of a Saint), software did not crash, uploads were fast etc.
