It is with the queerest of pleasures that I do declare some people totally unfit to have children. These breeders should be banned from passing on their inferior DNA to the next generation.

I shudder at the lost productivity, additional healthcare facilities and general mayhem that their children will inflict upon our gentle society.

If two dumb people breed, they will have a kid that’s twice as dumb. If a dumb person and an average person breed, their offspring will only be half as dumb?
