My dear friends, somebody has informed me that he is slightly miffed that I never pick up the phone, never reply sms’s, do not respond to emails, have been MIA from the Cowboy Bar for the past 2 weeks, have not published anything on Tomorrow.sg for ages and am never on MSN Messenger anymore.

The truth is that my new job is really consuming nearly all my waking hours. I work around 14 hours a day. During officfe hours, I am usually in a conf call or in a meeting. Lunch is usually a quick 30 min bite. After 6pm, I clear up my office inbox and finish up the paperwork. By the time I get home, I have no mood to molest my computer anymore.

Blog entries published these days take an average of 3 minutes to write. There is no more spelling or grammar checking because I have no time.

So yes, we’re still friends. I guess things will get better soon after this initial phase.

errr… if you have 3 mins to write your blog entry, why don’t you have 3 mins to reply sms or send a quick hello to that somebody. Hmm… Ok, that adds up to a total of 6 mins. So, how about 2 mins to write a shorter blog entry and 1 min to reply his sms?

Dude, you pay the phone bills, it’s your email account, so you have everyright to answer/reply when you feel like. Tomorrow is a joint profitless venture that everyone contributes when they have the time.
So no, i don’t think you need to answer to anyone for your absence.

Or look at it this way… sometimes you don’t always have to explain yourself, friends will never think to question you, enemies always will. It’s a matter of how strong your faith and trust in the person is.

I think friends are more likely to worry about “Is he ok? Did anything happen to him?”

    Sobering thought. Point taken. :)
