A bakery in the Ratchaburi district, Bangkok introduced their human parts series of bread and patries. this includes head, hands and other parts of the human body.

The owner said they did this as an example of the Buddist saying.

“Don’t believe what your eyes see, many things are just illusion. Whatever the eyes see, is not what it truly is.”

The cakes and stuff are just for exhibition purposes and they have no plans to sell it.

The human-body-parts-shaped bread thing was shown on Channel NewsAsia yesterday. Some Thai student/breadmaker/artist wants people to ponder the next time they’re eating something: are they eating food or is the food eating them?
