Today Feels Like A Saturday

Half the office is empty. The phone hardly ever rings. Emails have slowed to a trickle… it can only happen on the eve of a public holiday. So shiok!

Since I’m the only one in the office today, I spent my lunch hour alone reading magazines at a bookstore before having a starbucks and then returned to my deserted office. After work today I have to go look for a birthday gift for my mom.

Most malaysians took leave to return to their hometown for a long holiday, even my clients’ office too. I’m surprised you didn’t take leave leh,
