Clarification: My Sick Brother

There’s been a misunderstanding. After I wrote about my ‘brother’ getting sick in the UK, there has been a deluge of concerned email. Just to clarify, it’s not my real brother (who is healthy in Malaysia) but my brudder (read: buddy) and close friend who is ill.
