So That’s Why I Keep Hearing Your Shite

It’s confirmed. Sony has been caught paying off radio stations to pimp artistes like J-Lo, Audioslave and Franz Ferdinand(?). No wonder I don’t bother listening to radio anymore and focus solely on music blogs for my ipod. The intarweb must be the best thing to happen to the music scene since napster(sic).

I mean, the local radio stations were all proclaiming the latest Coldplay album to be the second coming of Zeus Jive, but bloggers saw through this and declared it puerile custard.

franz ferdinand at least is *kinda* talented. their hit single “take me out” is really nice. check it out.

ppl like j-lo needs the publicity coz they dont have the talent. having big asses is not considered a talent, missy. having a fat head does.

and we all know which head im talking abt :)

That explains why Jessica Simpson’s godawful remake of “These Boots Were Made For Walkin’” has gotten so much airplay.
