Mighty Zeus and Bloggers.SG

Dear All,

Tomorrow will be the day we have all been waiting for - Bloggers.SG 2005.

We, the bloggers of Singapore finally have an official convention to call our own. It makes us legit. It gives us credibility. Through this convention, we are announcing to the rest of the world that we have arrived.

We are the Singaporean Blogosphere.

Here are a few things that Mighty Zeus would like you to take note of during Bloggers.SG 2005:

  1. Participate in the sessions, ask questions and listen.
  2. Smile at other bloggers. Strike up conversations. Make new friends. Mingle freely.
  3. There are awesome photo printing services, wait your turn and be considerate.
  4. There is enough food and drinks for all. No need to laden your plates with 30 currypuffs at one go.
  5. Moblog the event! Take photos! Blog live from the convention!
  6. If you need any help or have a question, approach one of the editors or the volunteers. They will be dressed in the Bloggers.SG t-shirts and have lanyards with their names hanging from their necks.
  7. Terz is Bloggers.SG 2005’s official photographer. He and his friend (it is now known at this time of writing if he has a blog) will be crawling all over the event to document it. If you see Terz, make sure you smile and wave because the dude will make you famous.
  8. Be nice to Xiaxue. Anybody caught being not nice to her will feel the wrath of my 3-way kick to China.
  9. Do not under any circumstances, feed mrbrown - he is sick. However, you may feed miyagi for he is thin.
  10. The after-event party will be a blast - make sure you party like there’s no Tomorrow.sg

This is the first time the organizers are doing this. We do not claim to be experts, although some have claimed that things are too well organized to be the effort of a random group of bloggers. Well, it is and there is no conspiracy going on. If you have any complaints, blog about it, ok?

I’m puzzled. If you’re going around with a tag that says “Cowboy” or “Robert” then everyone will know who you are! Maybe you can dress as Osama hor. Beard and turban will be very useful in concealing your identity. *grin*

Operation Spot The Cowboy has been successful. But I will not be revealing it at all. Blogger’s Honour.

You are so not going to like what’s written on page 6 of the Sunday Times man. (Feel free to delete this comment if you have to)
