My Dad Is Such A Gangsta

Last week, my dad gave me a list of songs and told me to go download them off the information superhighway. The list he compiled contains all sorts of obscure songs which he vaguely recalls listening to as a boy. As a result, most of the title and artistes are totally wrong.

So how like that? These days it’s not that easy to download anything but indie shite. I mean, I have been looking for Paris is still burning by Triumph since 1999 and I still havent found it.

To compound my guilt, Father’s Day is this weekend!

So today during lunchtime, I popped into a Gramaphone store and bought an Elvis Presley CD. Yes, I took the path of least resistance aka the lazy arse way.

Happy Father’s Day, I loves ya dad.

Hey, I have the exact same prob with T. He gave me a list of really weird old japanese s*** from the 60s that he listened to as a kid in elementary school. How the heck am I supposed to find those!? And he thinks i’m just too lazy cause I’m downloading GB after GB of music I like.

My dad wants techno pop. And that “Mice Likes Big Rice”. And that simi “Love! Love!” song by the taiwanese Twins. He’s 60. God help me.
