The shadow of brown falls on Feist

Was lying down feeling sick on my bed, when I got an sms from mrbrown saying “Feist’s at Gramaphone”. For the uninitiated, this cryptic message meant that Leslie Feist’s latest album Let It Die was finally available in Singapore. He then followed up with an MMS containing a shot of the album cover. I like Feist so much, she has already been featured twice in my Audiorama section.

So yes it’s finally here, so go out and buy it. She’s awesome.

P.S: For existing fans of Feist, you may also want to check out Sally Seltmann who has a similar sound.

update: Lucky Ci’En aka wurh actually got to see Feist perform live! Life’s not fair right. She pretty nevermind, get to see Feist some more. Wah lau.

I saw her live and she was amazing, more so because she had a sore throat and no one could tell! At the end of it, I told her she forgot to sing ‘Let It Die’ and she was shocked ‘cos she’d forgot. Anyway, pix here.
