Breaking News: MPH Now Sells Gambling Lifestyle Magazines

I was browsing the magazine racks at an MPH bookstore looking for a copy of Fast Company or Cargo, and to my astonished eyes - Josh Hartnett was on the cover on a magazine called Player - The Gambling Lifestyle Magazine.

Hey, they only just announced the Casino decision barely a fortnight ago so MPH, damn you’re fast! I also saw another magazine called Inside Player or something which comes from the UK. Both of the magazines were filled with fantastic tips, strategies, reviews, hot chicks, cigars, liquors and of course - casino reviews.

bugger… its always the middle income group that ends up financing the casino. That explains the mag’s availability in MPH.

how come there isn’t a hotline you can call to stop your father / mother / brother from buying such magazines? or how come they didn’t make it cost $100 to discourage people to buy it?

it costs 17.90 which is about 4 happy meals. So maybe ppl might balk at that.
