Fish Is The New Pink

I do not know how this happened, but since when has Yu Pien San Lo Hor Fun (San Lo style flat noodles with sliced fish) been available at Che Zar (stir-fry) eateries?

Is that a look of puzzlement on your face? Are you wondering wtf Yu Pien San Lo Hor Fun is? Then I’m right. This is a new dish because I have never ever seen it before. It tastes mighty good though. The noodles are white and unstained by soya sauce. There is a lot of fish slices and bean sprouts. Highly recommended unless you’re like LMD who does not eat bean sprouts (because she is a rich brat). I mean I have seen the woman spend 10 mins picking out all the bean sprouts from her food before commencing.

Oh yeah, and you can find it at the food center directly in front of Aljunied MRT. It’s the one next to the CPA building.

The ones that Mandrake name is Xiang Kang (Hong Kong) Zhen Ji.
I think about 3, 4 branches under this name.

Kah Soh is referring to another restaurant which serves fish slice bee hoon soup (I prefer Holland Village XO fish slice bee hoon soup)

:9999 I am hungry!
