Oh no here comes that feeling again, the one you can only express in French

whine whine whine

  1. The realization that you’re doing something amazing with your life but knowing deep down inside that you’re slowly going mad.
  2. The astonishment of knowing (1) is not true, and you’re never going to make your dreams come true and then knowing deep down inside that you’re slowly going mad.
  3. Afraid of getting married. Afraid of being alone for the rest of my life.
  4. Afraid of being poor, terrified of being rich.
  5. Afraid of having a cushy career, scared of the responsibilities of a great career.

Being poor is definitely more frightening than being rich.

it’s only when you’ve lost everything that you’re free to do anything.

3) - being unmarried doesn’t mean being alone ! Dammit you are younger than me, and your marriage talk makes me feel like an old hag.
