mine is 75 Hz. if you lower it the image will sway much faster

Our eyes take in the half black half white outlines and the direction in which the elliptical coconuts are placed which the mind translates into an undulating image because the half black half white lines create an illusion of depth and the coconuts create a directional flow which the brain mis-interprets. If you stare hard at one point, the image will stop moving. It moves only when our eyes sweep across the picture. Whatever.
